These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nabaj platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and all related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using nabaj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh to register and use nabaj. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Payments in BDT
All transactions on nabaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering threshold has been met. nabaj reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Fair Play Standards
All games on nabaj use certified RNG technology or audited live dealer mechanics. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, or engage in collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Account Security

Article 1
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- "nabaj" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the nabaj online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://nabaj.net, together with all associated sub-pages, services, and mobile experiences.
- "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the nabaj platform, whether or not a wager has been placed.
- "Account" — the personal, non-transferable user account created upon successful registration on nabaj, through which the Player accesses all platform features.
- "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the nabaj platform.
- "Bonus Funds" — any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or promotional incentives credited to a Player's account by nabaj that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a Bonus amount (or the sum of Bonus plus Deposit) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "RNG" — Random Number Generator; the certified software mechanism used by virtual casino games to produce statistically random and independently audited outcomes.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process nabaj may require a Player to complete before approving a withdrawal or at any other point during the Player's account lifecycle.
- "MFS" — Mobile Financial Services; refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and similar mobile-based payment platforms used for deposits and withdrawals on nabaj.
- "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all schedules, policies, and documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
Article 2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any part of the nabaj platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the nabaj platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nabaj with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter covered herein.
nabaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the nabaj platform following the publication of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
nabaj may, at its sole discretion, translate these Terms into other languages for informational purposes. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
These Terms should be read alongside the nabaj Privacy Policy and the nabaj Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. Links to both documents are provided in the footer of every page on nabaj.
Article 3
Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an Account on nabaj, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. nabaj operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
- You are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by nabaj or any other gambling operator to whom such an order would apply.
- You have not previously had an Account on nabaj that was closed by nabaj for breach of these Terms.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of nabaj or any of its software providers.
3.2 Registration Process
To create an Account, you must complete the nabaj registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 One Account per Player
Each Player may hold only one Account on nabaj. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. If nabaj detects that a Player holds more than one Account, nabaj reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts immediately, forfeit any balances held in those Accounts (other than verified deposits made in good faith), and permanently ban the Player from the platform.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
nabaj may request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of the MFS account (bKash, Nagad, etc.) used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by nabaj will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
3.5 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. nabaj will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity carried out through your Account while logged in with your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified nabaj of a suspected security compromise.
Article 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
nabaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nabaj does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via all supported MFS channels.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your VIP tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day; Gold VIP up to ৳100,000 per day; Diamond VIP up to ৳250,000 per day. nabaj reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review for withdrawals above these thresholds.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nabaj Account in real time or within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the issuing institution's processing times. nabaj is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by nabaj within the following target timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the account balance:
- Standard accounts: Up to 24 hours for bKash and Nagad. Up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
- Gold VIP accounts: Up to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad.
- Diamond VIP accounts: Up to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours (7 AM – 11 PM BST).
nabaj reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request while carrying out fraud checks, identity verification, or compliance reviews. In such cases, nabaj will communicate the reason for any delay to the Player via the registered email or in-app notification system.
4.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Rule
In accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices, withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. nabaj reserves the right to request additional documentation where a Player requests a withdrawal via a channel that differs from their deposit method.
Article 5
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Principles
nabaj offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the Player must place a total of ৳30,000 in eligible bets before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed using real-money funds count separately from bets placed using Bonus Funds unless the promotion states otherwise.
5.3 Eligible Games for Wagering
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) typically contribute 10% of each wager placed. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games played against the RNG (non-live) typically contribute 20%. Virtual sports betting contributes 100%. Cricket and other sports betting contribute at a rate specified in the relevant promotion terms. These contribution rates are subject to change without notice.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit to the Player's Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without notice. The expiry clock does not pause during self-exclusion or account-cooling-off periods.
5.5 Abuse and Fraud Prevention
nabaj employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using third-party software to calculate optimal bonus-clearing strategies; and coordinating with other Players to clear bonuses through matched betting. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended or permanently closed.
Article 6
Gameplay & Betting Rules
6.1 Game Integrity
All casino games available on nabaj — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as RNG-based slots and virtual casino products — are operated by certified third-party providers whose software and procedures are independently audited for fairness. nabaj does not modify the outcomes of any game. The results of all games are final once the round has concluded, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Article 8.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Each game on nabaj carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins. nabaj reserves the right to apply specific bet limit adjustments to individual Player Accounts at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, risk management, bonus abuse prevention, or regulatory compliance. Players will be informed of any account-specific limits applied to their Account.
6.3 Sports and Cricket Betting
nabaj offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports available on the platform at any given time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on nabaj:
- Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. nabaj reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless nabaj's sports rules for the specific market state otherwise.
- The use of automated betting bots, arbitrage software, or any other systematic mechanism to exploit price discrepancies in nabaj's odds is strictly prohibited.
- nabaj reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error has occurred due to a technical fault or data feed failure, provided that the Player could reasonably have been aware that the published odds were materially incorrect.
6.4 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including server disconnection, software error, or third-party data feed failure — nabaj's systems will attempt to restore the game to the state it was in immediately prior to the failure. If this is not possible, the affected round or bet will be declared void and the relevant stake returned to the Player's Account. nabaj is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Responsible Use of Gameplay Features
Features such as auto-spin, auto-play, and rapid-bet functionality are provided for Player convenience and must not be used to circumvent platform limits, bonus restrictions, or fairness monitoring systems. nabaj reserves the right to disable auto-play for any Player whose usage pattern suggests systematic exploitation of these features.
Article 7
Responsible Gaming Obligations
nabaj is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform value. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to negatively affect your financial situation, your relationships, or your wellbeing, nabaj urges you to make use of the tools described below or to contact the support team immediately.
7.1 Player-Controlled Limits
Every nabaj Account includes the following self-management tools, accessible from within the Account settings panel after login:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: Cap the maximum net loss within a specified time period. Subject to the same cooling-off rules as deposit limit increases.
- Session reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after playing for a specified duration (e.g., every 60 minutes).
- Reality checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of net betting activity during the current session.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the Account settings panel or by contacting the nabaj support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of a confirmed request. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive any marketing communications from nabaj and will be unable to log in to their Account. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon self-exclusion. Verified real-money balances will be returned upon request after the exclusion period ends or immediately in the case of permanent closure.
7.3 Underage Gambling Prevention
nabaj takes the prevention of underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed or attempted to access the nabaj platform, please notify the support team immediately at [email protected]. nabaj strongly recommends that parents and guardians use parental control software to restrict minors' access to all online gambling content.
Article 8
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 nabaj's Right to Suspend or Close
nabaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nabaj has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, duplicate account creation, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Account.
- Collusion with other Players or with nabaj staff to gain an unfair advantage.
- Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at nabaj staff or other Players.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance reasons that require nabaj to restrict access to the platform from particular individuals or regions.
8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nabaj reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the Account. Real-money deposits verified as belonging to the Player will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, net of any amounts offset against damages caused by the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements and AML obligations.
8.3 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the nabaj support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered MFS account (bKash, Nagad, etc.) subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the nabaj service, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. nabaj aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve the majority of disputes within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of nabaj's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the nabaj management team via the same email address, clearly marking your correspondence as a formal escalation.
8.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. nabaj operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nabaj's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts, as applicable to the Player's jurisdiction.
These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. nabaj encourages all Players to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations as a Player on the platform.
